Thank you for choosing Zerosnap. Please note that all purchases made through the Zerosnap application are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription plans, one-time purchases, and any other transactions conducted through our application.

Cancellation Policy for Zerosnap Application
Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation by User:
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Zerosnap application settings or by contacting our support team at support@zerosnap.in
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current subscription period.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period after cancellation, as per our No Refunds policy.
Cancellation by Zerosnap:
Zerosnap reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription and access to the application at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated our Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or for any other reason.
In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Changes to Cancellation Policy
Zerosnap reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Zerosnap application. Your continued use of the application after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
